Clinton server could have been hacked by foreign adversaries, ex-Pentagon chief

It's possible that classified information on a server belonging to Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State might have been hacked by foreign adversaries, ex-Pentagon chief Robert Gates said Thursday on a radio show, though when pressed on whether national security had been compromised, he admitted that he didn't know what exactly was found on the server.

According to a report by The Hill, Gates, who was Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director under President George H. W. Bush, noted on The Hugh Hewitt Show the Pentagon was getting hit with attacks 100,000 times a day, so the odds were "pretty high" that Clinton got hit, too.

The fact that classified intelligence was found on the server was “a concern for me,” he said on the radio program.
