Prosecutors have slapped three additional felony charges on David Kernell, the University of Tennessee student accused of illegally accessing Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's Yahoo email account. Five months after being indicted, Kernell was arraigned Monday in U.S. District Court in Tennessee, where he was hit with two additional computer fraud charges and one count of obstructing justice.
