Israel-based operational technology cybersecurity startup Radiflow has been purchased by the Sabanci Group in a deal involving a $45 million initial payment, MSSP Alert reports.
The acquisition, which is poised to be completed by 2025, will enable Sabanci to establish a dedicated digital business offering on Internet of Things, advanced analytics, and cybersecurity. Radiflow would also be able to strengthen its OT security product in an effort to provide better insights to various industries, including the transportation and oil and gas sectors, according to Radiflow CEO Ilan Barca.
Radiflow has been known to offer its CIARA Industrial Risk Assessment and Management Platform, which enables organizational evaluations of risk assessment approaches; the Solution Suite for Threat Detection and Monitoring, which enables network change monitoring and early OT security threat discovery; and Secure Gateways, which helps facilitate identity and access policy enforcement, as well as ensure secure virtual private network access among employees.
