Symark International appoints Mutch as chief executive officer

Symark International, developer of identity and access management solutions, has appointed John Mutch as chief executive officer. He most recently served as founder and managing partner of MV Advisors, an investment firm. Mutch also worked as president/CEO of Peregrine Systems, a software company sold to Hewlett-Packard.
