China is tightening its requirements for registering for an internet domain name, the nation's Internet Network Information Center has announced. Applicants now must submit their business seal, license and registrant ID within five days of submitting an online application — or the domain name they applied for will be deleted. The new guidelines, announced Friday, come two weeks after McAfee published a report that found that websites registered in China are the second most-likely to infect users' computers with malware. China ranked behind the African nation of Cameroon. — DK
