Details: The letters were sent on May 5 and St. Vincent Breast Center began hearing of the error around May 15. The letters were being sent to prior patients of Indianapolis Breast Center P.C. and Solis Women's Health Breast Imaging Specialists of Indiana P.C. – both of which closed last year and entered into an agreement with St. Vincent Breast Center – notifying them that St. Vincent Breast Center is available to provide services.
