Two California men – Hunter Moore, 27, and Charles Evens, 25 – have been arrested for hacking into email accounts and stealing explicit images to post on a “revenge porn” website, according to an FBI release.

In the indictment, Moore is said to have posted explicit photos without consent to a website – isanyoneup.com – that he operated, according to the FBI release, which adds that Moore later told Evens to hack into email accounts to obtain new photos in order to continually update the site.

Moore and Evens are charged with conspiracy, seven counts of unauthorized access to a protected computer to obtain information, and seven counts of aggravated identify theft. The men each face up to five years in federal prison if convicted.
