What it takes
Companies search for pros who can be responsible for coordinating the ongoing process of risk assessment and management with the purpose of ensuring the business can continue if risks materialize. Successful candidates can formulate continuity strategies, develop responses, test plans and implement disaster recovery and restoration projects.


Compensation
Salaries can range from $125k to $160k.
