Citrix, Juniper and VMware issued a bevy of patches this week.
For starters, the Citrix Security Bulletin CTX276688 addressed vulnerabilities in Citrix ADC (formerly known as NetScaler ADC), Citrix Gateway (formerly known as NetScaler Gateway), and Citrix SD-WAN WANOP appliance. According to CISA, a remote attacker could exploit some of these vulnerabilities to take control of an affected system.
Juniper Networks also released security updates to address vulnerabilities affecting multiple products, including the Junos OS, MX Series and SRX Series. An attacker could exploit some of these vulnerabilities to take control of an affected system.
Finally, the VMware Security Advisory VMSA-2020-0017 patched a vulnerability in VMware Fusion, Remote Console and Horizon Client. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability and take control of an affected system.
VMware also released a security update to address a vulnerability (VMSA-2020-0016) in VeloCloud. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information.
