The FBI has announced that it has traced a hacker whodisrupted business operations at the Neton-Washington waterassociation to Sri Lanka.
According to the Associated Press newswire, utility manager Scott Borman said that the multiple hacking attempts, which downed the utility's server for three days, have been traced to a Sri Lankan ISP.
