Timothy Youngblood is the Senior Vice President, Chief Security Officer, and Product Security Officer for T-Mobile US, Inc. where he drives the strategic cybersecurity direction for the company and leads the cybersecurity organization. He is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity and product security. Timothy represents T-Mobile on several leading forums including the FCC Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council (CSRIC VIII), and the US Telecom International Communications CISO Council.
Prior to T-Mobile, Timothy was Chief Information Security Officer for several Fortune 100 companies such as McDonald’s Corporation, Kimberly Clark Corporation, and Dell, Inc. Timothy has partnered with large capital venture firms to drive cyber security innovation into the industry. Firms he has worked with include Glilot Capital Partners (World’s Top Venture Cybersecurity Fund), Sequoia Capital, .406 Ventures, and Insight Partners. Timothy has received several industry awards, including induction into the IDG CSO Hall of Fame and recognition as an Evanta Top Ten CISO leader and Top 100 Global CISO.
