Dick Wilkins is with Phoenix Technologies, an independent firmware supplier, and has over 40 years of security, firmware and OS experience with organizations including HP, Microsoft, Amazon and Digital Equipment Corp. He holds a MS in Computer Science from the National Technological University and a PhD from Nova Southeastern University. He has recently retired from teaching Computer Science and cybersecurity topics at Thomas College in Maine. He is a member of the ACM, PMI and is a Life Senior member, and leader, in the IEEE.
