Spencer is the Chief Security Officer for Booking.com and the portfolio company Booking Holdings.
He is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and is responsible for a broad range of security, compliance and operational risk-related capabilities including cybersecurity, safety, fraud and resilience.
As well as Booking.com, Spencer is accountable for coordinating security at the Booking Holdings portfolio companies including Kayak, Priceline, Agoda, OpenTable, RentalCars and Booking Holdings Financial Services.
After a career in UK Law Enforcement, Spencer has served in CISO and CIO roles for the last 20 years in the computer games, biotechnology, healthcare and travel and hospitality industries.
