Recently promoted to CEO, Travis is RegScale’s co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer. Through his leadership, RegScale implemented and expanded its Continuous Controls Monitoring platform, which overcomes the limitations in legacy Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) by bridging security, risk, and compliance. Before launching RegScale, Travis was the Global Director for Strategic Programs at Bechtel Corporation, where he led the merger, cost savings, and transformation programs at Consolidated Nuclear Security. His former roles also include Deputy Director for the IT Services Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Chief Technology Officer for the National Nuclear Security Administration, Chief Information Officer for the Y-12 Site Office, and several senior executive assignments in the U.S. Department of Energy.
Krista Arndt is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at United Musculoskeletal Partners. As the CISO, Krista is responsible for the safety and security of all UMP and its practices’ patients and employees. Krista accomplishes this by ensuring continued maturation and providing strategic direction for UMP’s information security program in alignment with the business objectives. Additionally, Krista provides oversight of the security program’s day to day operational effectiveness. In her previous roles, Krista assisted with developing and leading security programs in crypto, finance, and the Department of Defense.
Krista is an active member of ISACA, Infragard’s Philadelphia Chapter, serves on Neumann University’s Business Advisory Council and is Marketing Committee chair for Women in Cybersecurity-Delaware Valley Affiliate. Through this service, Krista’s mission is to give back to her community by providing mentorship and support for aspiring cybersecurity professionals, especially for women who wish to enter the field.
When off the clock, Krista takes her affinity for overcoming challenges to the garage and the race track, where she enjoys building and improving her own race car, competing as a driver in national drag racing events with her family, and using her racing as a forum to advocate for neurodiversity awareness and inclusion.
Christian, leading WestCap Management, LLC’s Cyber Practice since late 2020, brings a wealth of experience. Formerly a Senior Vice President at IDEMIA National Security Solutions, he directed federal growth strategy. His diverse background includes founding digital marketing firms, executive producing films, leading IBM’s public safety practice for the Middle East & Africa, and serving as Director of Strategic Technology Programs at the New York Police Department. Christian holds an MBA from NYU Stern and an engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with several professional accreditations. He resides in New York City.
